Job description:

This is a work from home role based in India


The role of the Credit Assessment Analyst will be to pick up pre-qualified loan applications that have been vetted by our AI and Verification team. They will work back of house and sense check these customer profiles against our lender policies to ensure a successful match and pass to the loan processor team who will then have the application verified by an accredited broker and lodged. They will then Finalize the approval and push to our Settlements Team to settle the loan.


Principal Responsibilities

As a Credit Assessment Analyst, you will be responsible for.

  • Analysing and validating with the assistance of AI, supporting documents including reviewing & interpreting Credit Files, Payslips, Bank Statements, Financials and TaxReturns.
  • Reviewing and assessing a large volume of Pre-Verified loan applications with high attention to detail.
  • Undertaking due diligence and checks in accordance with credit policies and procedures to ensure the loan matches customers needs and relevant financial andlegal documents meet the lenders credit policy with support of the accredited broker.
  • Engaging and communicating with the internal Case Managers, verification, loan processor and settlement teams to progress applications.
  • Communicating and workshopping with lenders to finalise loan approvals.
  • Following industry regulations and company policy in relation to file record saving procedures and compliance requirements


Qualification and requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree or post graduate degree
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Close attention to detail
  • Team Player
  • Fast-Paced and dynamic
  • Credit experience in AU, NZ or US
  • Strong competency across documents like payslips and credit files
  • Senior level experience


Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • Senior level experience within Finance industry
  • Experience using Salesforce and Google Workspace
  • Sound understanding of financial services (Car Finance a plus)
