Job description

We’re looking for an Agency Partner Manager to play a pivotal role in scaling Lemonade's presence in the independent agency channel.


With a focus on expanding our reach through existing and new agency partnerships including aggregators, networks, and wholesalers, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth while actively collaborating with internal stakeholders to continuously improve our agent experience.


In this role you’ll

  • Develop and execute an agency expansion and management strategy that maximizes sustainable growth
  • Own the full lifecycle of agency partnerships, including prospecting, onboarding, performance management, and troubleshooting
  • Lead product expansion across new and existing partnerships
  • Leverage CRM applications and Looker to track and analyze engagement, performance, and strategic initiatives, ensuring data-driven decision making and continuous optimization
  • Proactively analyze market trends and competitor actions, reporting out insights that drive innovation and improvements
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Actuarial, Customer Experience (CX), Insurance Product, Operations, and Underwriting to align strategies and maximize channel performance


What you’ll need

  • 3+ years of experience in the personal lines industry, with a proven track record in business development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or related field
  • A hands-on "owner" mentality—no task is too big or small when it comes to achieving our ambitious goals
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with a knack for building trust and cultivating strong relationships
  • Demonstrated track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in deriving actionable insights from data
  • Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI – a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture
  • Ability to work remotely

Lemonade's US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-$130,000 equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
