As a smaller company, our areas of need can vary month to month and we are looking for someone to flex as needed across our shared functions.

The Program Manager, Tech Operations will serve as a centralized managed service, delivering critical operational support across IT/Security, Privacy, Tech, Finance/HR, and other departments. Roles & Responsibilities

Drive strategic tech operations initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines
Collaborate closely with IT, Security, Privacy, Tech, Finance/HR, and other departments to identify operational needs and implement effective solutions
Develop, implement, and manage robust processes to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency
Proactively identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within tech operations and propose innovative solutions for improvement
Regularly communicate project status, updates, and potential risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
Work with leadership to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for tech operations initiatives
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, fostering a collaborative environment where feedback and innovation are encouraged
Ensure the security, privacy, and compliance of data and systems through process and policy implementation

Required Skills & Experience

2-3 years of Program Management experience (ideally in a remote setting, Technical Operations Program Management preferred)
