Position Overview:

The Deployment Credential Coordinator reports to the Director of Deployment and is responsible for supporting deployment activities to ensure client accounts are successfully onboarded onto our Software Platform. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with strong technical acumen, capable of coordinating with multiple teams to address any challenges that arise during deployment while also front-facing with customers to gather necessary information and work directly with Deployment Project Managers on timelines, managing dealership expectations, and coordinate essential informational flow between the Platform and Deployment teams.   

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a team player, be a quick learner, and have strong organization and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with WarrCloud Platform team on login credential requirements.
  • Work directly with the client to gather necessary credentials.
  • Work in Insightly CRM.
  • Be ready to provide listing of outstanding platform stores awaiting working credentials.
  • Work with the Deployment team on coordinating information for pre-launched dealers and dealer group.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage technical challenges and find effective solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handle internal and dealership customer communication with professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Technical acumen, with the ability to quickly learn and understand platform-specific tools and processes.
  • Works great in a team environment. 

Nice to Have:

  • Atlassian experience.
  • Jira or other ticket management system experience.
  •  Insightly or other CRM software experience
  • Google Suite experience. 
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry. 
  • DMS knowledge and experience.
