Amega Group is seeking to hire a talented Product Designer to join our creative team and contribute to our mission of creating user-centric solutions. We are looking for a passionate Product Designer to collaborate with our cross-functional teams in designing and refining user interfaces that elevate the overall user experience.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

User Interface Design: Create visually captivating and intuitive designs for various elements and pages across both mobile and web platforms
User Experience Design: Develop and enhance user journeys, streamline navigation, and optimise overall usability, ensuring a seamless and delightful customer experience
Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes that illustrate design concepts and user flows. Gather feedback from stakeholders and iterate designs accordingly
User Research: Utilise insights from user research to guide design decisions, incorporating feedback into the iterative design process
Visual Branding: Define brand guidelines and ensure consistency and adherence to colour schemes, typography, and visual elements across the platform
Mobile Responsiveness: Create UI/UX solutions that are mobile-friendly and responsive, ensuring optimal experiences on various devices and screen sizes
A/B Testing and Analysis: Collaborate in A/B testing of design elements and user flows to identify opportunities for optimisation and enhanced conversion rates
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to understand requirements and align design solutions with business goals
Effective Communication: Present and communicate your work and recommendations to the wider organization
Digital Design: Craft engaging graphics, banners, and promotional materials for our platform and marketing campaigns

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in Product or UX/UI designer roles, focusing on mobile and web applications for consumers
Experience within the B2C sector, with a preference for fintech experience
A solid background in content design
Familiarity with test and iterate approaches through usability studies and early-stage UX research
Proficiency in modern design systems, prototyping software, and design tools. (We prefer expertise in Figma)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Adaptive thinking and the ability to pivot based on new data or shifting priorities
Familiarity with the Atlassian software suite (Jira & Confluence) is desirable
Excellent writing and presentation skills. Fluency in English (mandatory) and Russian (desirable)
