Position Title: Data Analysts / Data Entry
 
Location: Remote - LATAM
 
What you will be doing:
 
We are seeking Data Analysts / Data Entry Specialists to assist in extracting and converting regulatory data from PDFs into structured Excel formats. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to process large volumes of information accurately.
  • Extract and clean tabular data from regulatory PDF documents.
  • Convert extracted data into structured Excel files with high accuracy.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple files.
  • Identify and resolve formatting or data structure discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to clarify data requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • BS degree in Computer Science or a related subject
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, formatting).
  • Experience with PDF data extraction tools (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, Tabula, or Python-based tools like Camelot).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Experience in regulatory data processing is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Effectively explains complex technical concepts to diverse team members and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates a willingness to learn and grow in an evolving technological landscape.
  • Analyzes and interprets data to translate insights into actionable business strategies.
