Description

The Client Order Team Lead (COTL) is responsible for management, training, and mentoring of their team of Client Order Specialists (COSs) and a key contributor to their aligned Client Success vertical.

The COTL will lead COSs in interfacing with and acting as a liaison across Client Success and the Analytics and Delivery teams, managing timelines and checkpoints, and evaluating and coordinating the fulfillment of client models and orders. COTLs provide COSs guidance, documentation, direction, support and training for audience scoring and delivery.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Manage team of COSs including collaborating with CS on hiring and training personnel, and conducting reviews, mentoring and managing team project workloads.
  • Guide and direct the assigned Client Order Management team members in:
    1. Maintaining quality and productive relationships with the clients, departments and client service teams, providing key support for assigned accounts and Client Success Directors; acting as back up and partner to Client Success Directors.
    2. Assisting assigned Client Success Directors who are remote or traveling.  Serve as liaison to clients and interoffice departments when team is ‘on the road’.
    3. Acting as the primary contact across Analytics and Delivery groups to keep solutions moving through the system. 
  • Present mailing results both internally and to clients as needed, delivered with professional, impactful presentation skills exhibiting knowledge of Wiland products and services as well as appropriate business and industry knowledge.
  • Identify, outline and provide project leadership for general team/department process improvement initiatives. Coordinate with other departments in Analytics and Delivery to design and deliver based upon the business needs.
  • Responsible for the creation of training content.
Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.  Must be able to produce college transcripts showing minimum 3.0 GPA if applicable.
  • 3+ years’ experience in the Marketing and Digital industries.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a client success role.
  • 5+ years’ experience with Microsoft software products and research capabilities on the Internet.
  • 2+ years’ experience in management or leadership role.
  • In-depth Excel skills including pivot tables and v-lookup.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

  • Location: Niwot, Colorado or Remote
  • Department: Client Order Management
  • Compensation: Base Salary Range $60,000 - $78,400. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component.
