As a Revit Drafter, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing architectural visions to life through advanced 3D modeling and rendering. Responsibilities

Create intricate 3D models and photorealistic renderings using Revit for a diverse range of commercial projects, focusing on tribal and government facilities

Produce comprehensive architectural drawings and documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications

Collaborate closely with architects and project leads to transform conceptual designs into detailed technical drawings

Utilize advanced features of Revit to optimize workflow and enhance project visualization

Contribute creative ideas to the design process, leveraging your technical expertise to solve complex architectural challenges

Assist in maintaining and improving the firm’s drafting standards and best practices

Participate in client presentations, using your 3D models and renderings to communicate design concepts effectively

Stay updated with the latest advancements in Revit and other relevant software, continuously improving your skills and knowledge

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in architectural drafting, with a strong focus on commercial projects (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
Advanced proficiency in Revit, demonstrating expertise in 3D modeling, rendering, and documentation
Solid working knowledge of CAD and SketchUp to complement Revit skills
Experience with or keen interest in tribal and government project design
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality
Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative solutions to design challenges
Willingness to adapt to new technologies and continuously enhance drafting skills
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field preferred
