Job Description
As a Revit Drafter, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing architectural visions to life through advanced 3D modeling and rendering. You’ll be working on a variety of exciting commercial projects, with a particular focus on tribal and government facilities. Responsibilities
  • Create intricate 3D models and photorealistic renderings using Revit for a diverse range of commercial projects, focusing on tribal and government facilities
  • Produce comprehensive architectural drawings and documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications
  • Collaborate closely with architects and project leads to transform conceptual designs into detailed technical drawings
  • Utilize advanced features of Revit to optimize workflow and enhance project visualization
  • Contribute creative ideas to the design process, leveraging your technical expertise to solve complex architectural challenges
  • Assist in maintaining and improving the firm’s drafting standards and best practices
  • Participate in client presentations, using your 3D models and renderings to communicate design concepts effectively
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Revit and other relevant software, continuously improving your skills and knowledge



Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in architectural drafting, with a strong focus on commercial projects (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit, demonstrating expertise in 3D modeling, rendering, and documentation
  • Solid working knowledge of CAD and SketchUp to complement Revit skills
  • Experience with or keen interest in tribal and government project design
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality
  • Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative solutions to design challenges
  • Willingness to adapt to new technologies and continuously enhance drafting skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field preferred
