Contract: Independent Contractor
Client Timezone: Arlington County, Virginia USA
Responsibilities
Set up and manage email automation systems using Go High Level
Create and implement marketing funnels for course promotion and student engagement
Manage and organize weekly course recordings within Go High Level
Repurpose course content for various marketing channels (email, social media, blog)
Implement A/B testing for email campaigns and other marketing materials
Track and analyze marketing metrics to guide strategy and improvements
Set up and manage payment integrations within Go High Level
Provide basic tech support for course participants during weekly sessions (approximately 2 hours per week)
Scope
Manage all aspects of Go High Level implementation for the coaching program
Oversee marketing operations for weekly course content and promotions
Continuously optimize marketing processes for improved efficiency and results
Potential to expand role across multiple companies within the organization
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Eastern with an hour unpaid break
Requirements
Extensive experience with Go High Level platform
Proven track record in email marketing and automation
Strong understanding of marketing metrics and data analysis
Experience with content repurposing and multi-channel marketing
Familiarity with online course platforms and delivery methods
Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach to work
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Experience with Google Ads setup and management (preferred)
