As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll be the vital first point of contact for potential property buyers in the bustling London market. Requirements

Fluent English language skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
A passion for real estate and a basic understanding of London’s diverse neighborhoods and property market
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone or via digital communication
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong connections with the team
Tech-savvy and adaptable, with the ability to learn quickly and efficiently use CRM systems and other digital tools
Customer-service oriented with a professional demeanor and the ability to handle diverse client needs
Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours (4 PM to 8 PM, Wednesday through Sunday)
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
A keen interest in the property market and a desire to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced industry
