This is a remote position.

Schedule: Flexible during client business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Los Angeles time) | 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM Manila Time.

Total Paid Working Hours Per Week: 20–35 hours, with the potential to transition to full-time (40 hours).

Responsibilities

Lead the management and enhancement of WordPress sites, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
Develop innovative Python scripts to automate processes and enhance site capabilities.
Utilize Make.com to design and optimize advanced automated workflows.
Collaborate with a dynamic team to conceptualize and implement cutting-edge features.
Contribute ideas and align on project goals and progress during strategic weekly meetings.
Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress and Python developments, applying updates and best practices.
Optimize existing scripts and systems to improve efficiency and user experience continuously.

Requirements

Proven experience in WordPress development and site management, with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
Strong proficiency in Python scripting, particularly for web-based applications and automation.
Familiarity with advanced automation tools, preferably Make.com (formerly Integromat).
Working knowledge of JavaScript to enhance front-end functionality.
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within a global team.
Flexibility to coordinate with US time zones for smooth collaboration.
