This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with flexible shifts between 7 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time

  • Engage in both inbound and outbound calls, providing a lifeline to customers grappling with credit card issues
  • Craft innovative settlement strategies and payment plans, balancing the needs of customers and creditors
  • Become a beacon of clarity, explaining complex credit card policies and resolution options in easy-to-understand terms
  • Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and resolutions in our advanced CRM system, ensuring continuity of care
  • Strive to surpass performance metrics while never losing sight of the human element in each interaction
  • Collaborate seamlessly with other departments to provide holistic support and explore all possible avenues for customer assistance
  • Stay abreast of financial regulations and industry trends to provide cutting-edge solutions

Requirements
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to find win-win solutions in complex situations
  • Experience in sales, debt collection, or financial services (2-3 years preferred), with a track record of successful resolutions
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure scenarios
  • Sharp problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze financial situations quickly
  • Solid understanding of financial regulations and credit card industry practices (we’ll provide ongoing training to keep you up-to-date)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and financial software
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
