What You’ll Do
As the primary customer-facing resource, you will manage the overall relationship with client stakeholders, serving as the main point of contact for communications and project needs. You’ll oversee project scope, ensure adherence to strategy set by Account Management, drive on-time and on-budget deployments, and support project teams and Service Center Analysts. Strong project management skills, solution expertise, and a strategic mindset are essential for success in this fast-paced role. The ideal candidate is based in Madison, WI and open to ~25% travel.
