Job Title: Real Estate Executive Assistant
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:

Sagan represents a growing real estate investment company seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant/Executive Assistant to support the President of the company.

Position Overview:

This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal Real Estate Executive Assistant will handle email and calendar management, coordinate property-related tasks, and facilitate communication with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize the President's email and calendar.
  • Contact counties, surveyors, and soil scientists to gather quotes and schedule property-related services.
  • Communicate with title companies to coordinate property closings.
  • Maintain proper paperwork and organization for multiple property transactions simultaneously.


Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple closings and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in managing emails and calendars.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Drive.
  • Strong telephone communication skills.
