This position is fully remote and available for applicants living in countries in Central America and Mexico, including Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama.

JOB OVERVIEW:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Operations Support Specialist to join our team! If you have a keen eye for accuracy, enjoy problem-solving, and are eager to work with data-driven solutions, this role is for you. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in data management, dashboard monitoring, and client support while collaborating with a dynamic team that values continuous learning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Monitor and Maintain Dashboards: Regularly review Power BI dashboards to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Detect and resolve discrepancies early to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Conduct routine checks on dashboard links, images, and data flows. Identify and fix errors before they impact clients.
  • Manage Data Resources: Monitor usage of our Azure SQL Database, ensuring efficient data handling and spotting potential risks in advance.
  • Optimize Processes: Support improvements in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to enhance data integration efficiency.
  • Generate Reports & Documentation: Provide actionable insights through clear reporting on dashboard and database performance. Offer recommendations to maintain high-quality client operations.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Data Analysis Skills: Ability to interpret and analyze data for accuracy and consistency.
  • Power BI Knowledge: Experience in dashboard monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Basic SQL Skills: Ability to query databases and assist with data management.
  • ETL Understanding: Familiarity with data integration processes (Extract, Transform, Load).
  • Data Visualization Skills: Ability to create effective reports to support decision-making.
