THE DEPARTMENT

The North America Channel Marketing and Sales Departments work together to generate demand and increase sales for the Globus family of brands across the U.S. and Canada, targeting both travel trade and internal stakeholders.

The Channel Marketing Department focuses on driving demand by planning and executing campaigns, managing promotional strategies, overseeing content, and communicating with trade audiences. This includes providing strategic direction for product promotion and supporting North America’s Sales teams.

The Sales Team enhances business for over 9,000 travel agency partners by sharing product and destination information, promotions, incentives, and tools to help agencies market and sell effectively to their clients. The Field Sales team, comprising Business Development Managers, connects directly with agencies through visits, training, and participation in industry events. Account Managers support National, Key, and Strategic Accounts alongside Senior Directors, while Inside Sales Managers handle call and email campaigns, distribute marketing materials, and provide resources to educate the travel advisor community.
