Job Description

We’re seeking a versatile Accounting and Admin Assistant to join our innovative marketing agency in a unique dual-role position. Responsibilities
  • Master Xero accounting software to reconcile transactions and manage our financial records with precision
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for debt collection, balancing assertiveness with maintaining positive client relationships
  • Create and manage engaging automated email campaigns that drive client engagement and support marketing objectives
  • Maintain and update our Pipedrive CRM, ensuring our client data is accurate and actionable
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to prepare and distribute impactful marketing materials to our valued customers
  • Provide crucial administrative support to enhance the efficiency of our marketing initiatives
  • Contribute to general office administration, supporting the smooth operation of our dynamic agency
Requirements
  • Proven track record with at least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
  • Demonstrated expertise in Xero accounting software and financial management practices
  • Exceptional English language skills, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with our team and clients
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Pipedrive, and a knack for data management
  • Experience with email marketing tools and a creative approach to digital communication
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities seamlessly
  • Meticulous attention to detail, especially when handling financial data and client information
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced marketing agency setting, balancing financial precision with creative support
