We’re seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Real Estate Cold Caller to join our client’s ambitious team in Auckland. Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to a diverse database of 1,000-2,000 potential real estate clients
  • Utilize persuasive communication techniques to engage prospects and generate interest in our client’s real estate services
  • Qualify leads effectively, identifying high-potential opportunities for property listings or purchases
  • Schedule appointments for real estate agents with qualified prospects, optimizing their time and increasing conversion rates
  • Manage and update client information meticulously in the provided CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Adapt quickly to our client’s specific cold calling processes and scripts, continuously refining your approach for maximum effectiveness
  • Maintain a consistently high level of call activity, meeting or exceeding daily and weekly targets
  • Provide regular updates and insights on call outcomes, helping to refine lead generation strategies
  • Collaborate with the real estate team to understand market trends and property offerings, enhancing your ability to engage potential clients
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cold calling, with a strong preference for real estate industry experience
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, demonstrating a professional and engaging phone manner
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding call targets and appointment-setting goals
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and phone dialer software, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
  • Strong ability to handle objections, maintain a positive attitude, and persevere through challenging calls
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Deep understanding of the real estate market, current trends, and common client concerns
  • Flexibility to align work hours with New Zealand time zone, ensuring optimal engagement with the local market
