Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights: 

Contract: Independent Contractor
Client time zone: Los Angeles, California USA

Responsibilities
:
  • Manage monthly financial wrap-ups and ensure books are properly closed each month
  • Process payments and manage invoices in a timely manner
  • Assist with budgeting and ensure adherence to set budgets
  • Perform account reconciliations
  • Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good communication skills in English

Scope:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm Pacific
  • Primarily focused on operational bookkeeping tasks
  • Collaboration with company leadership on financial matters
