Job Summary: 

Achieve Test Prep is seeking an eLearning Math Instructor to prepare customers to test out of traditional College Algebra, College Math and Statistics courses, pass their CLEP and DSST exams, and help them stay motivated on their journey to earn their college degrees. The suitable candidate should have knowledge of the following courses and be able to teach them:

College Math, College Algebra, and Statistics.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Teach assigned schedules and/or act as a substitute when main instructors are not available.
  

• Present lessons in a manner that aids understanding and engagement 
  

• Motivate customers to succeed 
  

• Collaborate with other instructors and team members and participate in meetings
  

• Follow customers' journeys and inform the eLearning team of noteworthy observations
  

• Provide one-on-one tutoring for customers 
  

• Perform other eLearning-related tasks 
  

Desired Skills & Experience:  

• A Bachelor’s degree in a Math related course.
  

• At least one year of experience in teaching Math courses and at least one year of virtual teaching experience. 
  

• Experience working with Learning Management Systems, and applications such as Zoom, Google doc, and Google slides.
  

• Ability to teach different types of learners in real-time in a manner that helps them understand 
  

• Excellent audience engagement skills
  

• Strong Internet connection, a functional computer, and a noise-canceling headset
  

• Efficiency, professionalism, and dependability 
  

Job Details

Type: Part-Time

Schedule: Under 20 hours per week; availability to teach classes on weekdays and weekends, Morning, Afternoon, and Evenings.    

Remote: 100% Online
