Job Description

As an AU Sales Operations Support, you will play a crucial role in supporting the coordination and management of projects, procurement, and communication with stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Project Coordination Support: Assist the project lead by tracking milestones, gathering updates, and ensuring tasks progress smoothly throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Procurement Liaison: Collaborate with the procurement manager to ensure project-related purchases and service arrangements are executed efficiently.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear and structured updates to clients regarding project status, procurement timelines, and service provisioning, ensuring a seamless flow of information.
  • Ticket & Documentation Management: Maintain detailed and organized records for all project and procurement-related tickets, ensuring timely updates and clear documentation.
  • Quality Control & Standardization: Improve documentation quality by ensuring consistency in communication and adherence to standard processes.
  • Escalation Handling: Identify potential delays or roadblocks in procurement or project tasks, escalating them appropriately to mitigate risks.
  • Internal Reporting: Provide regular updates to management about project progress, procurement status, and any potential risks or issues.
  • Vendor & Service Coordination: Assist in organizing service provisions, such as internet connections, hardware deployments, or licensing, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, as well as Project Management and Procurement.
  • Experience working for an Australian Client/Business is required.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks across both project execution and procurement processes.
  • Clear & Structured Communication: Proven ability to provide concise, professional updates to clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with IT procurement and infrastructure projects (not necessarily deeply technical but an understanding of how these processes work).
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring all documentation, tickets, and communications are accurate and meet high-quality standards.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Able to identify gaps or inefficiencies in workflows and take the initiative to resolve them.
  • Process-Oriented Mindset: Ability to follow and improve structured workflows to ensure smooth operations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Comfortable liaising between internal teams (technical and procurement), clients, and external vendors.
  • Adaptability: Ability to balance priorities and navigate the demands of both project execution and procurement tasks.
  • Experience in IT procurement and vendor management.
  • Exposure to project management or support roles.
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and service provisioning.
