We are looking for a Global Commercialization Manager to support our product introduction for the Life Sciences and Diagnostics Group (LDG). 

The Commercialization Manager will drive consistent commercialization success across our new and existing portfolio within LDG, focusing on the Cell Analysis portfolio. In this critical role, you will lead and execute the successful launch of our cutting-edge products to maximize market adoption, commercial success and customer satisfaction.  Your expertise in project management, data-driven strategy formation, and cross-functional collaboration will be pivotal in delivering innovative solutions to scientists and researchers worldwide.

In this role you will partner directly with key stakeholders across multiple functions including Product Marketing, Commercial Marketing, Sales Channels, Sales Enablement and Product Support. 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive commercialization plans for new life science products, ensuring alignment with Agilent's goals and market needs.

  • Lead and manage multiple launch projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution, addressing commercialization requirements as per our commercialization framework.

  • Lead the commercialization process and governance to drive consistency and efficiency in processes across the LDG organization.

  • Lead Division and Field engagements via planning and execution of commercialization milestone meetings to gain commitment and strategic alignment on pricing and forecast.

  • Hold multi-functional team accountable to the commercialization planning process to ensure the team meet objectives within the planned launch timeline.

  • Train Product Managers on go to market process and provide consultation on the process.

  • Ensure alignment across Product Marketing, Commercial Marketing, Field Sales, Sales Enablement to achieve a successful NPI launch and ramp to volume.

  • Partner with cross functional teams to develop content and insight messaging for new product introductions.

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure launch success, analyze performance data, report to division leaders and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Support divisions in priority setting, and consistently communicate priorities to stakeholders and partners in other functions.

Qualifications
  • BS or university degree, Master desirable- science-related or Business degree preferred

  • 8+ years relevant experience in Product Marketing, Commercialization, Sales/Channel Enablement

  • Diagnostic industry experience preferred

  • Previous experience in working in high performing teams within a complex cross-functional matrix organization

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with Product Marketing, Commercial Marketing, Sales Channels, Sales operations and Business Center across the organization to implement strategies and programs which meet revenue forecasts and growth targets

Additional Details

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $135,840.00 - $254,700.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
