System Administrator (Remote Support)

Job Summary::

Our North Stone Subsidiary is hiring a System Administrator (Remote Support) to support ITA’s enterprise IT infrastructure.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: :

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Provide Tier 1, 2, and limited tier 3 hardware and software support for all international and domestic field sites

Travel to international and domestic sites, as needed

Setup of new PC, server and network equipment

Facilitate vendor work on computer, server and network at sites

Decommission older PC, server and network equipment

Package and ship PC, server, and network equipment to international and domestic sites

Monitor and track computer assets for international and domestic sites

Provide end-user training when needed

Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience)::

Skills Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

Industry-related experience as a Systems Administrator

Experience administering Microsoft Windows machines

Experience with scripting and automation tools

Experience with Microsoft SCCM

Strong organizational and written communication skills

Ability to work in a setting where majority of team is located at another site

Ability to travel when needed

Must have valid passport

Must be a US citizen

Nice to Have:

Experience with Microsoft Azure

MCSE certification
