Digital Designer

Position Overview:
As part of bswift’s marketing and communication team, the Associate Digital Designer will support the business by implementing and programming websites and emails for the bswift brand and its clients. This role reports to the Digital Design Manager.
Duties include technical back-end support/programming on WordPress, Braze, and HubSpot, as well as designing and programming OFT emails. It also involves front-end design support for content implementation and execution within these systems. While this role sits on the creative team, it supports the entire marketing and communication team across a wide range of multi-channel campaigns to meet the needs of the business, clients, and their employees.
Daily tasks may include posting an article on bswift.com, working on site architecture in WordPress QA, programming an email campaign in HubSpot, programming an OFT, and formatting a client email in Braze.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Back-End Support & Programming:
• Provide back-end support and programming for WordPress, Braze, and HubSpot.
• Design and program OFT emails for multi-channel campaigns.
• Front-End Design & Implementation:
• Design and implement content for websites, mobile applications, newsletters, ads, infographics, banners, illustrations, and logos.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital content.
• Multi-Channel Campaign Support:
• Collaborate with the marketing and communication team to support a variety of campaigns.
• Manage and execute projects based on business and client needs.
• Daily Tasks:
• Post articles on bswift.com and maintain site architecture in WordPress QA.
• Program email campaigns in HubSpot and format client emails in Braze.

Qualifications:

• Required Skills and Experience:
• Must be organized, efficient, and able to work independently without micromanagement.
• Proficiency in designing concepts and implementing designs for web pages, mobile applications, newsletters, ads, infographics, banners, illustrations, logos, and other digital content.
• 3-5+ years of experience with a portfolio demonstrating relevant experience.
• Mid-level experience in:
• WordPress, Braze, HubSpot, and OFTs.
• HTML and CSS.
• Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop).
• UX experience is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, corporate setting.
• Comfortable working in a team environment as well as taking sole ownership of a project.
• Advanced Mac user with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Work Hours:
• Full-time (CT) hours.

Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description. 

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.  If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
