Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + benefits

Your Role:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions to support clients facing mental health challenges.
• Use evidence-based techniques to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Coordinate with other healthcare providers for well-rounded care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential treatment documentation.
• Help clients navigate resources and mental health support systems.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• California LPCC license in good standing.
• Two years or more of counseling experience.
• Experience with virtual therapy platforms and digital documentation.
