𝚝𝟷 is a rollup that introduces real-time proofs to unify Ethereum and the rollup ecosystem.
Our mission at 𝚝𝟷 is to ensure Ethereum is not only the most decentralized blockchain ecosystem but also the blockchain with the best user and developer experience. We believe that the composability fragmentation introduced by rollups’ siloed execution is currently a major obstacle to that end. Therefore, we are building 𝚝𝟷, a TEE-enabled rollup that introduces real-time proofs, RTP. This allows for instant settlement on Ethereum and therefore enables its unification with the rollup ecosystem.
Currently, we are looking for someone to join our team as an Executive Assistant and Operations Coordinator. In this role, your goal would be to support founders by handling and overseeing time-consuming and repetitive tasks, so that they can focus on the highest-value responsibilities that accelerate overall organizational growth. We are seeking a trustworthy person who will be our right hand in everyday tasks and who will empower us, especially in urgent matters.
As a Founder’s Associate you’ll be responsible for:
Coordinating relationships with vendors - overseeing the processes that vendors are responsible for, paying the invoices
Managing payroll through Deel
Onboarding of new employees - signing contracts with them, providing them with hardware, and granting them access to necessary software
Booking flights and travel accommodations for the employees and Founders
Creating an income statement by consolidating bank balances and expenses from different sources
Venue booking for events during conferences
Monitoring the communication channels - Although you won’t be communicating on them, we expect you to keep an eye on our communication channels to be up to date with what’s happening
Assistance in personal tasks - whether it’s an emergency situation that requires rebooking of flights and accommodation or a simple issue with a fridge in our flat - we hope you manage all of that easily. About 50% of the time you will be working on our personal tasks.
What do you need to succeed in this role:
Experience in administrative and operations positions (at least 5 years as Executive Assistant and experience in HR roles)
Fluent Polish (C1+)
Fluent English (C1)
A need for ownership
Great self-organization of work
To-do attitude and focus on solution
Attention to details
Proactive attitude - constantly looking for ways to help
What we offer:
Remote work setup (although being Warsaw-based would a plus)
Cooperation on a B2B contract
Salary: 11 000 - 20 000 PLN/month
