Job description

• Independently manage and coordinate vendor meetings, ensuring efficient communication and timely follow-up.
• Proactively manage projects and tasks using Asana to ensure timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
• Translate video content into clear, concise, and actionable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that can be followed across the team.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues quickly and professionally while maintaining a positive relationship with clients and vendors.
• Take ownership of various operational tasks and contribute to improving processes and workflows across departments.
• Support the team with additional administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed.
