IMPORTANT NOTE: Candidates who apply to the Information Security track will rotate through both of the following rotations. Cross track assignments are not an option within the Apprenticeship program (i.e. candidates will only move through rotations within their assigned track – CIO, Information Security or Engineering).
Rotation #1: Identity and Access Management AI Analyst (6-month rotation)
Role Summary/Purpose:
As an Information Security Apprentice, you will join our dynamic IAM team to explore and implement AI-driven solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving field of cybersecurity, learn from industry experts, and contribute to impactful projects.
Essential Responsibilities:
Coordinate and facilitate requirements sessions, workouts, and discovery to understand end-to-end business and functional process and help determine suitability for generative AI solutions within IAM (Identity and Access Management).
Support and document IAM AI use case definition, requirements, solution design, development standards as well as integration definitions for business applications
Review, gain understanding, and provide fit analysis for various AI solutions focused on IAM related technologies.
Help facilitate and support the adoption of generative AI CoE best practices, standards, frameworks.
Assist with preparation of AI Use Case assessment for leadership review and outline any training or ongoing maintenance to sustain a generative AI program within IAM. The goal being to automate manual IAM processes as well as highlight ways to work differently within IAM.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or a related field.
Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analysis techniques.
Familiarity with IAM concepts and frameworks is a plus.

Rotation #2: IAM Analyst, Privileged Technologies (6-month rotation)
Role Summary/Purpose:
As an Information Security Apprentice, you will join our dynamic Identity and Access Management (IAM) team to assist in implementing and managing highly privileged access controls, identify efficiency opportunities, and collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure compliance. This rotational role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop expertise in IAM, develop technical skills in privileged access management (PAM) and contribute to critical security initiatives.
Essential Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing and managing privileged access controls by configuring solutions, overseeing account lifecycles and ensuring secure access.
Develop training materials and provide communication, training and support for the rollout of new highly privileged access controls across the enterprise.
Help develop and maintain dashboards to track compliance status, monitor key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Assist in identifying and implementing automation and self-service solutions within the PAM technologies and processes.
Participate in the configuration and administration of Server and Client Endpoint Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
Support critical IAM audit deliverables, remediation actions and certification activities to ensure regulatory and security compliance.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or a related field.
Basic understanding of privileged account management
Familiarity with IAM concepts and frameworks is a plus.

Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
