Alliance Operations Intern

Location: US - Eastern Timezone

Employment Type: Internship (Full-Time)

Program Duration: June 9, 2025 - August 15, 2025

Summary

The Alliance Operations Intern will be responsible for back-office support processes/projects that support the Strategic Alliances team in reaching their growth goals and KPIs. We are looking for someone who enjoys organizing information, creating clarity and contributing to streamlined workflows in support of a growing Global partner community. This would be an excellent opportunity for someone gravitating towards an interest in operations, analytics or relationship management. An educational background in business administration, marketing, finance, or similar, are helpful.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Gain a deep understanding of the Partner lead to opportunity sales cycle in Salesforce
Drive forward our organizational rules of engagement with Revenue teams and adherence to business controls
Work with reporting and data analysis on Alliances and Partner activity and attainment
Work with the team to drive Salesforce data hygiene and process refinements as needed
Assist with Process Documentation creation and revisions
Leverage Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint for internal communication
Collaborate with cross functional teams like, Marketing Ops, SFDC Admin, and Enablement teams to support the daily operations of our Global Business Development organization

Required Education and Experience

Microsoft Excel proficiency
Minimum 3.2 GPA average and 60 credits completed

Preferred Education and Experience

Microsoft Excel proficiency
CRM experience is a plus

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Previous experience with Salesforce CRM and Outreach Sales Engagement platforms a plus
Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent problem-solving skills
