About the Team/Role

As a Payment Delivery Representative with Wex, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment. In this position, the Payment Delivery Representative will be responsible for payments, prepayment applications and handling customer accounts as required. The Payment Delivery Representative is responsible for accurately and timely processing of customer payments to the servicing system daily. This position will work collaboratively with business units to ensure company guidelines and processes are met.
How you'll make an impact
Responsible for making outbound phone calls to process payments directly to small/medium businesses with large and small volume call centers or through individual IVR and websites.
Posts all payments accurately and electronically to the servicing system.
Reconciles posted items
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
Assist with other projects as needed

Proven abilities with computer programs such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, etc.
