Regional Sales Manager Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B sales within the food service and retail industries
Proven track record of closing deals with food service and retail clients
Experience managing pricing discussions, terms, and negotiations
Previous experience working with clients like ATB, Albertsons, Safe Way, Fiesta Foods, and United Markets
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to travel regularly and work independently
Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities
Manage a sales territory across Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Kansas, and Arkansas
Build relationships with key retail and food service clients, including Costco, Kroger, and others
Identify sales opportunities and develop a strategic plan to drive business growth
Act as the primary point of contact for existing and potential clients
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure order fulfillment and client satisfaction
Participate in industry events and sales calls to expand the company's presence
