Position is REMOTE : The selected candidate must reside within 250 km of our BOUCHERVILLE (Qc) office.

Reporting to the Corporate applications IT manager, the developer is part of the evolution and support team for applications supporting the finance business area. The developer may also work in a matrix structure to implement change requests from other sectors of the organization, impacting the finance sector, as well as to carry out projects in a project team. The selected individual will be responsible for the development and support of applications. On occasion, they may be required to perform or participate in analyses while liaising with the client.

RESPONSABILITIES :

Code according to the specifications in the analysis document;
Write or participate in writing analyses, as needed;
Perform system unit tests
Participate in the creation and execution of system integration test scenarios;
Write functional and technical documentation;
Provide post-implementation support and follow-up;
Keep application procedures and documentation up to date;
Ensure compliance with and follow-up on standards
Assist Level 3 support, as needed
Be part of the support team outside of regular office hour

REQUIREMENTS :

University degree or college diploma in Computer Science
At least five (5) years of experience in application system development, with Oracle certification
Experience in finance and retail
Excellent knowledge of Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP
Strong knowledge of the following technologies, with a willingness to learn others:

PL/SQL and advanced SQL logic
BIP/OTBI/FRS reports, BICC extracts
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Oracle B2B
Oracle Apex

Knowledge of Oracle RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extension, Workflows),
Knowledge of Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)
Team spirit and leadership
Strong analytical and synthesis skills
Ability to simplify and communicate knowledge effectively
Ability to adapt easily to change
Good listening skills
Strong organizational and service-oriented mindset, with attention to quality
Proficiency in French (spoken and written) and functional knowledge of English (spoken and written)
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office suite tools
