• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and market expansion
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in warehouse automation
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including supply chain executives
• Work closely with engineering and operations teams to align solutions with customer needs
• Manage complex sales cycles, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
• Track sales performance metrics
• Provide regular reports for executive leadership
