REMOTE Industrial Sales Manager Description
Our client in the industrial machinery industry is looking for an Industrial Sales Manager to add to their rapidly growing team. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies to drive new business while maintaining positive relationships with existing clients. Our client is looking for an individual with a hunter mentality who can independently produce and achieve success with minimal supervision and guidance. To be successful in this role, you should be capable of speaking to your sales success which has been demonstrated by meeting or exceeding sales quotas coupled with your “go-getter” mindset. REMOTE Industrial Sales Manager Responsibilities
• Drive sales growth in key market segments
• Travel extensively to expand business
• Demonstrate assertiveness, effective collaboration, and time management skills
• Focus on large turn-key projects and individual piece applications
• Manage capital equipment sales, particularly winding technology machinery
• Oversee project costing and navigate MRP systems efficiently
• Conduct marketing analysis and provide design inputs
• Coordinate with Engineering on technical requirements
• Deliver detailed proposal presentations
• Offer expert customer consultation
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry presentations
REMOTE Industrial Sales Manager Qualifications
• 5+ years of technical sales experience required
• Capital equipment sales experience required
• Plastics extrusion products experience required
• Prospecting and cold-calling experience required
• Ability to travel locally up to 50% required
