Facilitate the establishing and provide updates as needed to brokers
Partner with Legal, Compliance and Portfolio Management
Adding new accounts to existing derivative agreements
Working with Sapphire and inventory of derivative trading relationships
Compliance on-boarding:
Oversees initial compliance set-up
Work with Client Service and Investment team on guideline interpretation
Enter rules into Bloomberg AIM system
Conduct preliminary testing of rules and guidelines before hand-off to Trading for second level testing
Custodial account on-boarding:
Manage custodian onboarding documentation
Work with custodians to open global markets and derivatives trading capability as needed
Inventory account global market status
Assist with internal management of account transition status
Collaborate with internal teams to establish onboarding process
Knowledge
Demonstrate a satisfactory level of technical and professional skill or knowledge in position-related areas; remains current with developments and trends in areas of expertise.
Skills
Portfolio accounting systems and databases.
Strong Excel skills.
