Overview

As Routable’s Content Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how our brand connects with prospects, develops relationships, and drives results. You’ll lead content efforts across channels, collaborating on high-impact campaigns, creating compelling content, and defining buyer experiences that convert.


This role reports directly to the VP, Marketing and will partner closely with a world-class Marketing + SDR team on ABM initiatives and inbound lead generation. You will join a highly motivated, energetic team that takes pride in raising the bar for our brand, generating awareness for Routable, and delivering the Routable message to a wide range of customers.  


You'll Be Accountable To

  • Develop clear, engaging, and compelling content in a variety of formats, including ebooks, blogs, videos, webinars, social media, email.
  • Create content to support the buyer journey across all stages, generating awareness, attracting leads, and improving conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the demand gen team to distribute content effectively through 360 campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and storytelling across all channels and support the demand gen team with copywriting expertise for ads and emails.
  • Own the development and execution of organic social strategies to raise brand awareness and engagement across social media platforms.
  • Manage relationships with micro-influencers and industry thought leaders, coordinating content creation that aligns with brand standards and campaigns. 
  • Analyze content performance data and KPIs to refine strategies and optimize performance.


Successful Candidates Will Have

  • 5+ years experience in B2B marketing, 2+ in a content role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to generate creative, compelling content
  • Experience writing effective marketing copy for campaigns, across multiple channels
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations
