Your future team

You will become part of Group Supply Chain. The department currently consists of 17 people each with their own field of expertise.

As Group Supply Chain we are focused on keeping the bird’s eye view on the supply chain operations across all the local supply chain departments within ROCKWOOL. This means that we draw up the strategic foundation and deploy best practices that the individual departments operate from. We are proud to be world leaders in our industry, and we work hard to stay in this position. 

What you will be doing

  • Take a role of program support office and assist program manager
  • Being in contact with Project Managers, Business Process Owners, Financial Controllers, Digital Architecture Architects, Key Stakeholders – engineering, IT, R&D

The support office role is to create and maintain program relevant documents such as registers : tasks, risk, lessons learned, reports : budget, consolidated program status, change request and others.

The role is about to reach, gather, understand and compile relevant information from different sources and present them as input for decision making process

What you bring

  • You are currently a student studying in a University, and has interest working with data cleansing
  • Fluency in English and Polish
  • Availability around 30h/week
  • Interest in a global career within supply chain
  • You are highly driven, flexible and appreciate the empowerment
  • Structured working style, attention to details, and analytical skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with SAP and SharePoint is an advantage, but not required
