As part of this dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in shaping operational strategies through deep data insights and performance analysis.
We seek a Planning and Performance Lead to drive data-backed decision-making across our Captain and delivery operations. You will be responsible for analyzing key operational metrics, optimizing fleet performance, and ensuring efficient planning to meet demand. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, optimize cost structures, and drive strategic initiatives that impact Careem’s core business.
