We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for generating leads through cold calling, leveraging their LinkedIn network, and using
email marketing to secure appointments with potential clients. This is a remote position, and the role requires an
individual who can work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct cold calling to identify potential leads and secure appointments for the sales team.
● Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through LinkedIn messaging and email campaigns.
● Research and target key decision-makers in businesses that could benefit from SuperStaff’s outsourcing
solutions.
● Utilize email marketing strategies to reach out to prospects and increase appointment conversion rates.
● Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and update the CRM system regularly.
● Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine lead generation strategies.
● Meet weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
Requirements
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting.
● Strong experience using LinkedIn for professional networking, with a minimum of 500+ connections.
● Experience with email marketing and using platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools.
● Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner and email etiquette.
● Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
● Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
● Previous experience in outsourcing or B2B sales is a plus.
