JOB SUMMARY:

We are expanding our Customer Support department as we have a great base of customers knowledgeable about VR and we want to offer them the best possible experience.

The role focuses on assisting users of our VR video content platform, addressing their issues, and being a friendly point of contact.

Work Hours: This role requires availability during CET evening/night hours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Monitor and manage support tickets for VR video streaming platforms
  • Engage with the community on Discord, Reddit, and forums
  • Track and escalate bug reports to the development team
  • Reduce recurring support issues by improving documentation and FAQs
  • Handle refunds, payment disputes, and subscription inquiries
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve support quality
YOUR PROFILE:
  • 3+ years in customer support, preferably in a technical environment
  • Experience with omnichannel support systems like Zendesk
  • Strong community management skills
  • Familiarity with VR is a plus
  • Analytical, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Experience handling refunds and payment service provider interactions is a plus
  • Fluent in English (B2+)
