As an Online BPO Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction via voice or chat platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support (Voice/Chat Process):
   • Handle inbound or outbound calls and respond to customer queries in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
   • Engage in live chat conversations with customers to assist them with their concerns, providing timely solutions.
   • Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with customers through voice or chat channels.
2. Product/Service Knowledge:
   • Gain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
   • Provide accurate and relevant information to customers regarding product features, pricing, billing inquiries, and more.
3. Problem Solving:
   • Analyze customer issues, identify the root cause, and provide quick and efficient solutions.
   • Ensure all customer concerns are resolved in a timely manner while maintaining a positive experience.
4. Customer Interaction Management:
   • Manage high call/chat volumes while maintaining the quality of the interaction.
   • Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members or higher management when necessary.
5. Record Keeping:
   • Accurately log customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and resolutions, in the companys CRM system.
   • Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
6. Team Collaboration:
   • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve departmental goals.
   • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.
7. Adherence to Guidelines:
   • Adhere to the companys policies, procedures, and guidelines while handling customer interactions.
   • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and data as per the companys privacy standards.

Skills Required:

1. Communication Skills:
   • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (or other local languages depending on the process).
   • Ability to speak clearly, listen attentively, and convey information effectively.
2. Customer-Centric Attitude:
   • Strong focus on customer satisfaction, with a willingness to go the extra mile to resolve issues.
   • Patience and empathy when dealing with upset or frustrated customers.
3. Problem-Solving Abilities:
   • Ability to think critically and find solutions to complex issues quickly.
   • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Technical Skills:
   • Basic knowledge of using computers and various software applications.
   • Proficient in using chat platforms and CRM tools.
5. Multitasking:
   • Ability to handle multiple chats/calls at the same time while maintaining a high level of service.
6. Time Management:
   • Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Freshers with no prior experience in BPO are welcome to apply.
• Experience:
  • No prior work experience is required. However, candidates with internship experience or basic customer service knowledge are a plus.
• Work Environment:
