As a Global Client Lead, you will partner with the largest and most sophisticated partners globally. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities will shape how we partner with these clients and deliver on their priorities. You will utilize your relationship-building skills to anticipate how decisions are made, explore and uncover the business needs of Aleph’s key clients and understand how our wide range of services is best utilized to maximize their growth. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As a Fintech Account Lead, you will work as a trusted advisor for growing companies and be the main point of contact in their interaction with Aleph globally. Your objective is to secure growth for our clients and inspire them to make excellent digital opportunities. You’ll work primarily at C-level to ensure impact. Given the complexity and size of these clients, you will collaborate with cross- functional teams, many of which will have a dotted reporting line to you.

What will you do?
  • Develop impactful relationships with clients’ C-level global decision-makers, as well as with their marketing services agencies, and advise them on digital trends and growth opportunities.
  • Will be working as a project manager for digital and performance marketing projects
  • Serve as a trusted consultant with the client’s Global Headquarters, as part of our global partnership.
  • Analyze data trends and client performance, develop business plans, and prepare/conduct pitches and transformational presentations, with the goal of co-developing effective digital strategies, optimizing customer advertising and growing the business.
  • Help ensure that business plans are executed and all stakeholders deliver according to an agreed plan.
  • Consult with customers with the goal of extending relationships and become their trusted advisor in the digital space.
  • Help manage productivity targeted events and conferences, oftentimes engaging in speaking opportunities and joining panel discussions.
  • Structure joint business plans or account plans for key customer accounts and help transform growth curves through understanding of their business objectives, key performance indicators, and challenges.
  • Drive our global strategic agenda with the client’s headquarters, following the global priorities defined in our Joint Business Plan.
  • Manage multiple cross-product opportunities and projects in partnership with Sales, Technical, Creative, Analytical, and other teams across the vertical initiative.

  • Experience in building and managing executive stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience in delivering complex, cross functional marketing projects or change.
  • Experience with several digital media platforms (e.g. Meta, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) and ability to formulate a unified digital strategy.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results through collaboration and creative thinking.
  • Knowledge of, and established relationships within, the advertising industry and the Fintech industry vertical.
