What you will do: Collaborate with the sales team to grasp the commitments made to customers regarding business outcomes and partner with them to achieve those goals. As a Principal Consultant, you will assess project requirements, advise customers on industry best practices, and work closely with the technical delivery team to ensure successful project execution.The Principal Consultant will facilitate customer success at every stage, leading workshops, conducting ongoing "show-me" sessions, overseeing user acceptance testing, and supporting pre-go-live enablement and post-go-live adoption efforts.Take charge of planning, executing, monitoring, and completing projects, ensuring effective management of budget, scope, timeline, and resources.Analyze project status regularly and, if needed, adjust scope, schedule, or budget to meet project requirements effectively.Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for project status updates and changes.Collaborate closely with customers to manage projects using the INRY PASS methodology.Assess customer business processes, anticipate needs, and work together with the customer to document user stories.Partner with the technical team to configure ServiceNow instances that align with customer objectives.Showcase the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform at a strategic level.Gain a deep understanding of client processes and effectively communicate high-level functional requirements to the technical team to facilitate technical requirements gathering.Serve as an industry expert by consolidating knowledge from various projects and sharing insights with customer process owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to enhance overall team performance.Partner with the INRY marketing team to document customer success stories, enabling clients to share their achievements internally and drive organizational change. Support INRY’s extended team (Sales, Delivery, Marketing) in learning from these successes.Collaborate with the GTM and SOLVE teams to support lead generation efforts and create product collateral that bolsters INRY's sales initiatives.Qualifications and Skills:5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst. Experience with HRSM, HRIS, or HCM platforms such as SAP, Workday, Infor/Lawson, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Ultimate Software, or similar products. Experience with HRSD products like BMC Remedy, Zendesk, Neocase, Siebel, or other Service Delivery solutions are also acceptable. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technology as business solutions. Strong business acumen and relationship-building abilities. Self-starter capable of navigating ambiguity and embracing a startup mindset. Flexibility to pivot based on changing project demands.
