Role Overview:

As an Admin Assistant (Voice), you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing customer interactions, and ensuring smooth scheduling and data transfers across systems. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and confident in verbal and written communication.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Management: Read, sort, and respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Job Creation: Process and create jobs from provided information, ensuring accuracy.
  • Customer Communication: Contact customers via phone and email to arrange and confirm bookings.
  • Invoice Management: Send invoices based on pre-determined pricing and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Data Transfer: Accurately move information between our internal system and various external platforms.

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in an administrative or customer service role (voice support experience preferred).
  • Communication Skills: Strong spoken and written English with a professional and friendly tone.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using CRM systems, email management tools, and invoicing software.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
  • Time Management: Efficient in handling tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • Availability: Must be able to work UK business hours.
