Job Description

Embark on an exciting journey as an Admin Assistant in a rapidly growing wellness company that’s making waves in the corporate health sector. This role offers a unique blend of responsibilities, supporting both digital and physical wellness initiatives. You’ll be at the forefront of organizing and managing a vast wellness video database, coordinating client schedules, and contributing to the smooth operation of both remote programs and an on-site gym. Responsibilities
  • Expertly manage client scheduling using cutting-edge software, ensuring smooth operations for both remote programs and on-site gym appointments
  • Craft professional, branded PDFs to enhance the company’s visual communication with clients
  • Take charge of the company’s CRM (Pipedrive), managing follow-ups and maintaining excellent client relationships
  • Spearhead the reorganization of an extensive wellness video database, categorizing content by length, topic, and category to improve user experience
  • Contribute creative ideas and assist with social media management, particularly focusing on LinkedIn to boost the company’s online presence
  • Support the execution of innovative wellness initiatives, including AI-driven personalized video recommendations and monthly themed wellness programs
  • Collaborate with a network of wellness professionals to coordinate workshops and specialized programs
  • Adapt to evolving business needs, taking on new challenges as the company expands its services and reach
Requirements
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a health, wellness, or fitness-related field
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and CRM systems, with Pipedrive experience being a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and categorize large amounts of digital content
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and team members
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, and enthusiasm for learning more about digital marketing
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies, including AI-driven tools and video content management systems
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting while also collaborating effectively with a team
  • Passion for health and wellness, with a desire to contribute to improving corporate well-being
  • Familiarity with video conferencing tools like Zoom for coordinating virtual workshops and webinars
