We are looking for a Service Sales Specialist to join our Service Support team in Epsom.
We are looking for a Service Sales Specialist for the Service Support LPS department at Sartorius. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the renewals of our existing Bio Analytics contracts and negotiating with customers to create new business contracts.
The team consists of eight professionals, and we are looking forward to shaping the future with you.
This position is available full-time, based on site in Epsom. Once fully trained there will be the opportunity to work from home for 2 days a week.
Grow with us – Your Responsibilities
On a daily basis, you will proactively approach existing customers creating quotations, following up on renewals and negotiating new service contracts on our Bio Analytics products
You will review and analyse data to determine the best options for our customers, inputting contract details and new customers on to the system
Do you enjoy being part of a team all working towards the same goal? You will work closely with sales, the product team, the scheduling team and engineers, maintaining constant communication to ensure that the customer experience is at the heart of everything that we do
In addition, you will play a key role within the service team with some autonomy to make the role your own, driving the business forward
What will convince us
You will have previous administration experience with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service, working within a fast paced environment
Have great communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to be straightforward when required
Be highly organised, holding a keen interest in what we do
Have strong attention to detail, being able to adapt your approach to the needs of our customers
Hold previous experience in SAP and Salesforce
Have a proactive approach with the ability to multitask and prioritise your workload
Self-motivated, energetic and results oriented
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross functional teams
