The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Trade Operation Export Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Providing professional functional expertise, project leadership, and tactical execution of multiple export related activities in support of the company’s strategic plan and key initiatives related to Solventum Trade operations.
• Maintenance and monitoring of transactions in SAP Global Trade Services
• Supporting export self-filing processes
• Managing proper transactional records
• Consult internal stakeholders on export matters related to global trade
• Supports the deployment of the Global ERP and other IT globalization initiatives with regards to the export change impacts

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university and 5 years of experience working with Export Controls or related Trade Compliance functions
• 5 or more years experience with SAP, specifically Global Trade Services (GTS)

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Over 3 years of experience in developing control plans, standard operating procedures, or training materials
• Knowledge of Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) tied to export
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and various collaboration tools
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to solve complex problems impacting multiple workstreams
• Experienced in applying Green Belt-level Six Sigma tools

Work location:

• Remote (US residents only)

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $106,331 - $129,960, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
