Job Description

The Production Control Analyst (PCA) is responsible for the operation of all technical infrastructure and the day-to-day operations of the organization's IT (Information Technology) systems. The PCA is accountable for maintaining the development, test, and production environment through scheduled maintenance, incident management, change management, problem management, configuration management and vendor relationship management. The PCA also engages in the support of disaster recovery activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine, day-to-day procedural activities for low or moderately complex incidents and situations, which may include recovery support to the rest of Operations.

• Manage, prioritize, and respond to low to moderate complexity inquiries by helpdesk, specialists and others. Implement daily production schedule activities across all platforms.

• Work with others to plan, low to moderate complexity system maintenance and installation work.

• Conduct investigations into low to moderate complexity operational problems and make proposals for improvement and automation.

• Identify and rectify the basic operational exceptions and error conditions. Manage the diagnosis and resolution of low to moderate complexity events or incidents. Make changes and recommendations for improvement, when appropriate.

• Fulfill standard work requests (e.g. job scheduling requests of low to moderate complexity, program transmittal installation or backout).

• Collect operational data and create/maintain operational, compliance, regulatory, and control documentation.

• Works under general direction, guided by assignment objectives and follows protocol.

• Initiate documenting detailed operational procedures with appropriate technical input.

Education

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

• 0-2 years experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job does not have supervisory duties.

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $45,600.00 - 78,337.50 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
