工作职责:
- 负责食品零售生意发展:客户管理/指标达成/项目执行/渠道拓展等;
- 负责食品零售团队管理:团队打造优化/生意目标达成/项目落地等;
- 负责经销商客户开发布局&优化建立,下游商超/农贸生鲜/批发/BC店等重点渠道的网点拓展和有效覆盖;
- 对接北京/上海等总部品牌&项目&物流&财务等部门,确保信息沟通高效通畅;
- 年度季度月度会议以及每周周会的统筹安排,团队文化建设等;
- 日常其它机动灵活的工作
职位要求:
- 熟练操作Office办公软件;
- 本科及以上学历,有苏南地区调味品行业资源的人员优先;
- 具有良好的职业道德,踏实敬业,认真细心,良好的学习能力和积极的工作态度;
- 以客户为导向,良好的分析与创新能力,较强的团队合作意识和吃苦耐劳的奋斗精神;
-具有电商渠道销售运营经验者优先;
