Job description

We are seeking an experienced paralegal with 2+ years of experience working for law firms in the US. You will be working full time (50 hours/week) during US business hours (EST or PST). To be considered, you need to meet the following criteria:

  • Provide paralegal support to successor trustees in administering trusts after the death of a trustor.
  • Assist with all administrative duties related to trust administration, especially in relation to the duties of a successor trustee.
  • Experience working for a US law firm 2+ years;
  • Experience writing, editing, and reviewing legal documents;
  • Experience in supporting case management & client intake;
  • Experience in conducting legal research & evidence gathering;
  • Experience in client liaison, interviewing, and scheduling;
  • California law experience preferred.
  • Willingness to work 50 hours/week, from home, permanently;
  • Quiet home office with internet & power backup.

You will be working with the same client and will be placed with one client permanently. This is a long-term, permanent role.
